Our Practice

Phillip W. Gillet, Jr. is a Kern County native that has practiced in the Bakersfield area for more than 20 years.  He is the only bankruptcy specialist certified by both the American Board of Certification and the State Bar of California in Kern County.  His practice also includes criminal law, civil law, real estate law, social security disability, real estate and taxation law.
